Face ID not working
I like many others seem to be having issues with Face ID on iPhone not working. I have the latest version of the App and iOS installed. If this is a recognised problem with either a simple fix or an update to the App coming it would be useful to include the appropriate response in replying to Reviews. I have looked at more recent reviews and the stock answer is to email support - not helpful. I like the latest version of the App and usability and layout is much improved, hence 4 stars.

Worst cc app I’ve ever used
You can’t see alerts, they don’t upload communication so you can’t actually switch off paper, and so far as I can tell messages sent through the app never get o a real person, to whit: hey sent me two utterly contradictory letters on the SAME day, I can’t see either in the app because “oh we don’t do that” and when I sent them a message the app said a response would be forthcoming in 2-3 working days. It’s been a week now and there is no response. USELESS. Force these idiots to deal with you offline until they can get it right. ETA: STILL NO RESPONSE DON’T GIVE ME BULL ABOUT “A LITTLE LONGER” FIX YOUR APP.
ETA2: wow. Wow. Why in the name of all that’s holy would I EVER use the same email for my financials as I do for the App Store? Are you sure you should be creating financial apps? Because that right there? That tells me your idea of security is AWFUL and that you would DARE to comment on whether or not my email was connected to my finances on a PUBLIC FORUM is disgusting.

Hi. You can switch off paper in the App and see and download all of your statements on the spending tab. Go to the spending tab where all of you statements are. At the bottom there is an option to change how you receive them. I've checked the inbox and there doesnt seem to be an email relating to this question and none with this user name. As previous we dont have alerts in the App yet but we are looking at it. you can do this on the online account manager though
Finally!!
Been your customer for about a year. The user journey before this app was a nightmare. I am so glad the app now exists: it was extremely annoying having to login through browser, pass security every time, even whilst using my phone, and relying on Safari tabs that logged me out all the time.
Every other banking/credit card competitor (ex: Amex, Revolut, HSBC, Monzo) have extremely efficient apps for card and account management.
Seriously, the Creation app is the best thing that happened during this covid19 pandemic. I was even considering closing my account for good before this, but the simplicity and convenience of the app made me change my mind.
