We have subscribed to your online newspaper for many years and this is the worst update ever.This new format is absolutely rubbish. Interactive content is very poor & hard to navigate. Trying to find past issues is extremely difficult and frustrating. Far too complex !!!! Whoever is responsible should think again. The previous format worked perfectly. Why you needed to change it beggars belief.

I very much enjoy the online version of theRecord and Sunday Mail. However, the new app has not been without its problems. There have been a number of times when it did not load the current version and the solution was to close down the app and start again or to wait until the issue has been resolved. Not major problems but an irritation nonetheless.

Really NOT enjoying the changes to this App. I have used the previous version since inception and would rate it five stars. It felt like just opening my normal newspaper…but this has turned into something of a mind game.😡
