Delete button
I love this app think the storage is very good but can you please give us a delete button so you can delete photos or documents you do not want backing up. On some photos there is the option to delete but they keep coming back. Then I will give it a 5.
Option to sync in background needed
I think this app is one feature from being amazing... I think I needs sync in background so you don't need the app open for it to sync... as you can imagine trying to sync thousands of photos and you can to keep the app open is a nightmare!
Also if you could add a feature so that you can share to other social media native apps like Facebook and instagram so that you can use their filters and addons etc!
The app seems to be quite limited and would be good to be able to create folders etc so that some organization of pictures can be done.
Does this app work ?
Signed upto the service. The webapp though nice is awful handling large amounts of data - and the desktop software has disappeared from the website. Found the software online and all good - uploaded the 500gb of photos we have. The webapp shows those photos and moments which is great. However the ios app lets me logon - I can see the amount of space I have used but the gallery/memories page just shows me three bouncing dots - no idea what its doing but its not showing anything.
A few suggestions :
1. Allow the ability to logout of the app, the only way seems to be to delete it and start again.
2. Reinstate the desktop software download from your website - was the webapp tested with large volumes as it cannot cope... I had no issue with the desktop software plus the webapp does not include the encryption options.
3. Please debug the ios app for me it does nothing at the moment. It would be great to actually see my photos in the app.
