Good app but needs few tweaks

Nice app. Would be good if it asks for exact address rather than using ‘current location’. My order was first delivered to wrong address because of this.

Would be good to have some special offers and other incentives. In its current state i cant see it forcing its way on to the market with other competitor companies.

The app does have the feature to enter your exact address. You can save multiple addresses with tag names in the top address bar. New feature for promotions are coming live this month.

Amazing and easy

The time it has taken to get my order and the small amount of pennies it’s cost me for deliver is a lot cheaper than my time and my fuel cost,
As a busy mum with kids at home this app has been a life changer no more stress if I ain’t got milk or bread.. getting the kids ready I just buy off here along with some other bits and kids breakfast is ready in less than 20mins of my purchases well done lads thank you for thinking of us all struggling at home.

App doesn’t work

Tried to place an order but keeps asking for mobile number when entered it doesn’t go through, first time I’ve ever used and downloaded this app. I added my number 1st time and it said “you’ve exceeded the amount of attempts please try again some time later” my number I entered is correct. Couldn’t continue as guest or sign in via Apple as it still kept asking for mobile number and giving me the same error message when entered. Meaning I cannot place an order, so the app is no use to me. It is also doing the same on my mothers phone which she has a Samsung. So it’s definitely an app issue.
