Expecting a parcel to be delivered to your work or an alternative address? Select Work or Other in My Profile. Make sure you let us know how you would like your parcel to be delivered by setting your preferences for each address.


Help our drivers to locate you. Upload a photo of the property and let us know any delivery instructions. We’ve added what3words so you can give us the unique combination of three words for your address to help the driver find exactly where you are.


Use our expanded Delivery Preferences so you can let us know if you’d like the driver not to disturb you during delivery. Just let us know whether you’d like the parcel delivered to a neighbour or left in your safe place.


Let us know if there is a preferred neighbour you’d like the driver to deliver to, or if there is a neighbour who the driver should not disturb.
Upload a photo of your safe place so the driver knows where to leave your parcel.


Set your delivery preferences in My Profile and we’ll automatically apply these.

Active and Past Deliveries
Using the DHL Parcel UK app you can see deliveries which are due and track when these will be with you. When we have delivered your parcel, you can view this in Past deliveries.


Icons will easily help you to see which parcels are being delivered to which address.

Avoid at all costs

If you are ever thinking to send a parcel with them, just don’t. Pop in a National Express or book a plane because they will not be bothered to deliver it, so better deliver it yourself. Their customer service is rubbish. Their phone number has only 3 options (all of them with a robot) that only allow you to insert the tracking number and check the status of the parcel, but you are not able to pass forward to a human customer service representative. On their social media they say their reply time is around 4 hours, good luck with that. They replied to me once after 6 days, and with my recent parcel problem no one seems to reply however on Facebook someone definitely saw a couple of my messages. On twitter it’s the same, no one will ever reply to you. Now let’s talk about the journey of my parcels. My two parcels left my supplier on the 9th and were supposed to be delivered next day since that’s the service my supplier uses. Tracking showing the the parcels were meant to be with me on the 10th. I left it for the next day thinking it may be a minor delay and I don’t like to make a big case out of anything. However it didn’t showed up, same on the 12th and 13th when I started to try to get in contact with them and since then no success. Their email is rubbish too. No one will get back to you regarding the parcel or any complaint. Now it’s 11 days late, and it shows the parcels have been in my local depot this whole time. Rubbish service.

Hi, we do apologise for your poor experience. As an app user please do use the Send Query About Your Parcel option in Support in the app to contact our Customer Services team who will look into what is happening with the delivery of your parcels.

Zero stars. Utterly useless

This is not so much a review of the app but DHL. That said the app is also useless, I strongly recommend that you do not use DHL for any reason.
I tried tracking my parcel using the app, however it took a lifetime to open and even if it did the app just dropped out. In the end I used the information in their email to track it. I then received an email happily telling me that my parcel had been delivered but no one had been to my address. The photos of proof of address were not of my house not of my door and not of me.
I first tried calling their customer service, an oxymoron if ever there was one. Here you get three options to chose from, none of which are "Delivered to the wrong address". I chose option one(track your parcel) and I was asked to enter the reference number, half way through entering this the phone call timed out. This happened three times. I eventually managed to enter the number within the few seconds allowed, only to be told by an automated voice that my parcel had been delivered. I looked for alternative methods of contact, there is an email option and a Facebook messenger option. The email said I would get a reply within three working days, so that will be the middle of next week and on Facebook, after several hours, I'm still waiting for a response. The contents of the parcel is valued at several hundred pounds and DHL couldn't care less. Disgraceful service, rubbish app and useless and unprofessional company.

Horrendous Service

I recently had to wait 3 months for a replacement iPhone to be delivered. Photographs of fake houses and attempted deliveries were made on most days during that period. There was no way of contacting DHL as they make it impossible to get through to discuss the problems. Eventually I had to buy a new phone until they eventually did return my phone in January this year when the original delivery should have been in December
By this time both my parents died and the stress the lack of phone caused us is indescribable
Now I am back in same position for a delivery of A Skylink . Four days have now passed of texts saying they will deliver at a given time and it does not happen. I can’t get To speak to DHL and all of their e mails to me are noreply so I can’t reply to say it’s not here. I need the satellite dish to be here so I can work from home. So if it dies t arrive tomorrow I will have list a weeks pay . Again fake photographs were used saying the road was blocked. I managed to get through one day and they apologised and said they had spoken to my local depot and I strayed them to deliver to the correct address and phone me. Again nether happened
No stars should be given at all for this horrendous lying company
