More detail on updates please

The last few updates to DJI Fly have been given the following Bug Fix list:
“Fixed certain issues and optimized overall app quality.”.
This is not good enough for an app which is essentially safety critical. It’s very lazy behaviour from whoever creates the update texts. We need to know what has been changed so that we know what to expect - we’re operating in the aviation world, changes must be made clear. As a trivial, non-safety critical example which annoyed me (so I’m going to mention it here) earlier versions of Fly were unable to correctly upload flight log data - has that been fixed? You haven’t told me, I have to go and try it for myself every time there’s an update. What changes have been made to the safety-critical command and control part of the software that we might need to know about? We have no idea, because you’re not telling us. In future please clearly list the changes that have been made and the bugs that have been fixed.
Thank you.

1.2.0 Update is broken.

This update reduces the Mavic Mini’s (first version) reception, and therefore it’s range by a significant amount. Problems start at around 50 meters. Flyaways have been reported, luckily I haven’t lost my drone but this is a concern and very disappointing. I have started to save my money to buy a Mini 2 but sadly until my Mavic Mini 1 is flyable again I will not be buying a nee drone. I can’t help but wonder if this is intentional to increase sales for DJI’s new release, I sincerely hope that this is not the case. I can’t help feeling let down by DJI being based in Europe, countless others express feeling the same online. DJI, please fix this ASAP. Thank you.

UPDATE:

I haven’t had a chance to check yet but many others are reporting that the latest update has solved this issue. Also, unlike most, the developers have responded to state that the issue has been fixed. In the meantime, I have obtained the Mini 2 based on those reports from trusted sources that it has been resolved. The Mini 2 is the drone that I wanted the first one to be. Despite the getting less for my money simply because of where I live (the ability to be able to take it on travels should have been considered) I still love my Mavic Mini but the Mini 2 solves all my complaints and is simply a brilliant drone. When I’ve had the chance to verify that my issue is fixed I will update this again, but right now things are looking good.

Developer Response ,

We apologize for the difficulties you encountered. The issue that "Weak signal. Adjust antennas" pop-up message did not disappear automatically has been fixed in the latest version. Please upgrade to the latest version (1.2.1). Look forward to your kindly reply.

Perfect drone app with lots of features

Absolutely a great app that’s amazing for flying the dji Mini 2 has lots of features to use and set up what your after the only downside off the app is the editing of a video you can edit your 4K video but after you have edited the video you can only save it in 1080p or 720p and that is a let down also make sure you transfer you 4K videos from the drone itself as the cache videos are of the small quality 1080p or 720p I think that been the leading drone manufacturer around the world that they would bring out a separate app for editing videos or implement the 4K editing into the dji fly app because you record a 4K video and edit it to be put back to just HD is a big shame . Would love to hear a response back from dji to see if they have any intentions to sort this problem within the app or a separate app to have this option I would pay for it I think if they could do it a £10 charge to buy the app would be perfect
