Ratings and Reviews
Better Eon but not great!!
Finally an app to show your spend………. But considering you are taking readings every 30 minutes why oh why do we have to wait over 24hrs for the data to appear in the App. Very poor compute power springs to mind.
All the other app insights are actually really good.
Take it from someone who’s had a smart meter for years we don’t look at it like we look at our phones and therefore please get with the times and get near real time data in the app!!! Please
Useful App
This App is useful and shows your electricity generation and usage. To get 5 stars it should include the last refresh time of the data to make it clearer just what it is showing you. Other apps do this and refresh every 10 secs to make it more informative.
Worrying
My smart meter has stopped showing electricity (eon have known for weeks and are doing nothing about it) so this seemed like a good idea - maybe making a smart meter obsolete. But what is worrying is it is showing far higher usage then I know I’m using. At this time of year we rarely spend more than £2 a day on energy but this had me at over £3 and we weren’t even in the house on that day. I hope this is just teething problems but judging my other comments this app has gone live before it’s ready. Very poor from a company who raise their prices all the time
