Hi there, thank you for your review. I'm sorry your transfers took longer than expected. Normally the time frame depends on the method of transfer you choose. I hope you're experience has improved since then.
Don’t loose your money
They holding my money from last 2 months , asking other bank statement , from where money comes in to my account, that other company not providing statements to anyone of their customers, iam nothing special to get statement from that company, see how these companies playing with our money , they can verify everything electronically these days , there is no complain about my funds , simply they holding my money and asking my friend bank statement, from where I got money in to my Ecopayz account . Even I send them the screenshot of my friend bank account, because there is no statement availablity. Still no response, don’t use Ecopayz account, they are not trusted company anymore.
I downloaded the app, completed the required sections, which included a photo of my bank card, proof of ID (I used my driving licence) & a selfie. The app was locked while it got verified, phone call the next morning to check my email address & date of birth. The app was unlocked, as soon as I deposited money in, it was locked again. They now keep asking me for the same information they’ve already had including another selfie with me holding my driving licence and a bit of paper with the date on!!
Every time I send the information they come up with an excuse to keep the app locked. If I ever I get this sorted out & get my money back, I’m deleting it straight away
