New + application
New forced + application managed to erase all previous transfer history and transfer preparation. It is not good to be forced to use new apps which then expect you to add all transfer data again pointless waste of time.

Keeps Crashing
Setting up beneficiaries is a complete disaster, takes too long and and when you do complete it it then comes up with error.
