Keeps Crashing
Setting up beneficiaries is a complete disaster, takes too long and and when you do complete it it then comes up with error.
Massive improvement in new app
Very clean looking and functional. Plus wealth investments are so easy, all in one app.
Bank app doesn’t work well
The app for the phone works fine but when you want to use it on your laptop it’s rubbish, I have just opened an account and I can’t log onto my online banking via the laptop. I sent them a message on WhatsApp to tried to explain but they said I am wrong and everything is correct. Please fix this rubbish.
