The new version of the app has made things worse. Apple wallet integration is no longer supported for cinema tickets and every time you book you need to manually input your phone number - although you are already signed in - making the process slower than it used to be.

As this title states your better going on the web site that using this app if you have any kinds of tablet because this app has not not been designed to look a feel good on a tablet despite what the developers say.

This is just a mobile phone app that can be enlarged (doubled in side) so it fills a tablet screen and and I know why bit it has to be viewed in portrait mode when most tablet users used their tablets in landscape.

I truly wish that app developers would stop just creating apps for phones so that when they are run on a table they look like they were not designed for the table, why can’t app developers design two version of their app one for a phone and one that looks good on a tablet.

I just can’t understand why anyone would think that this kinda app looks good on a bigger screen because it does not.

And therefore until major changes are made or we get a decent looking app that looks good on a tablet and works in landscape mode I will continue not to use it.

I’m a long time Everyman goer and big lover of the company. However the update 1.14 released yesterday, was not a smooth one.
The booking experience is more clunky now as the scrolling doesn’t work with seat selection as much and payment screen seems to want additional info entered whereas I never had to before as an unlimited member.
However the main reason to avoid this update is Everyman forgot to add in support for adding the booking to Apple wallet from the confirmation screen. This was crucial to me and the sole reason I used the app to book instead of website etc. Instead they seem to have added support for adding to google play Wallet…?? Which is odd on an Apple App Store as likely most users would have an Apple Wallet surely?

Please please please bring back quickly the feature to add to Apple Wallet!
I don’t want have to wait until the AGM to ask for it to return.
