Stay up-to-date with everything Everyone Active with our app. There’s news, updates about your centre, timetables, you can book activities, enjoy exclusive offers, receive events updates, the brand-new Everyone On Demand area and so much more.

Manage your online profile, as well as book activities and classes wherever and whenever you wish. You can also manage all your bookings from your planner, meaning you’ll never miss a class. You can also stay up-to-date with what’s happening and when with your centre’s latest timetables.

You also get access to the fantastic Everyone On Demand. This gives you access to widest range of fitness and wellness partners on the market. From fitness and personal training to mental wellbeing and prescribed exercise, there’s a service or session to support everyone, no matter how you feel, every day of the week.

You can also sync your wearable devices and Apple Health data with your profile. This means you can track your activities to your profile instantly, helping you earn points towards badges, take on challenges and track your progress towards targets. You can also use the QR code scanner to sync activities in the gym to your profile.

You’ll also always know what’s going on at your local centre. There are live notifications and news updates coming straight through to your phone, while you can even keep your friends up to date with your activities, thanks to the app’s integrated Facebook and Twitter functionality.

We also use HealthKit to allow users to share their activity and workout data with the app. This data is used to incentivise users to stay active.

Thanks for using our app! To make our app better for you, we bring updates to the App Store regularly. Updates will include new features, fixes and performance improvements. In this version we have fixed an issue with club homepage not loading in specific cases.

Few suggestions

I’m glad there’s an APP that we can book and view activities. It would be much handy if some issues are improved.
1- I’m an non-contract member but I do sometimes bring my children for swimming and my children all learning swimming here, however I couldn’t view their Aqua passports from my account. If I could join their accounts under my main account it would be perfect.

2- the APP only for booking and can’t cancel your booking and get refund.

3- if there’s live chat to help solving problem would be better. As I tried to phone reception but no one answered, and after few times, one of staff answered my call saying “will ring me back”. I waited 1 hour but didn’t get any rings. I drove to the Center and seeing staff chatting :-( therefore a live chat is handy.

If your children are on swimming lessons and linked to your account, you can view their Aqua Passport by tapping the 'View Progress' tile for courses & lessons on the app. All children should be visible under your account, if this isn't the case then your account may need updating to ensure everyone is linked correctly, please get in touch for us to assist with this.

If your children get free public swimming, to make free bookings for your children you would need to log into their account to get the entitlements of their membership.

Poor app and poor customer service

I’ve had issues with the app with regards trying to book classes that exist but do not show on my app. Unsure how many classes/activities are missing, as I am only interested in daytime body pump and LBT. And these are either not showing or claim to be fully booked but the centre tells me that they have spaces available? I am a Gold Member and have accessibility to book classes two weeks in advance. Would be great if I could book them even just one day in advance! Poor response from Parklands manager. Then sent an email to main website for help which has been acknowledged with “its working fine”. It obviously isn’t! And it seems I am not the only customer with this problem. Please listen to your paying customers and help them to resolve such issues, instead of ignoring them.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would!

Downloaded the app to book swimming lessons as the leisure centre will no longer deal with customers over the phone or face to face and direct you to the app! Having been trying now for several hours to book on. Been ‘locked’ out of the account. Emails have not been sent. Tried to sign up as a new user- again emails not been sent. Keeps saying my son has an account which he does not. Says my husband has an account which he does not! One of THE most frustrating app services I have ever used and the fact no-one in person is willing to help! Despite having been into the centre and called them on the phone. Told try the app again and if it doesn’t work again then come in again! So
Frustrating when I am actually trying to pay the company for!
