Evology Parking 4+

I have started using this app to park for work but it’s getting really annoying to use. I have contact them with bug reports but never heard back nor bugs were fixed.
I can’t choose the time I want as it says time as passed, this was after the clock change. After the last update I can’t book at all nor navigate the app.
Do you need a developer and a tester? Email me I’m happy to work on the app!

If you use the app to pay for parking there’s an additional “admin” fee charged. For a company whose business is charging for parking, how can there be *ANY* additional admin fee to pay for a parking space? Answer: there isn’t - this is simply a cynical money-grabbing company looking to charge more than the advertised fee for leaving your car. And at a hospital too - they should be ashamed. But they have no shame, only greed. Oh, and if you want to “Autopay”, you have to pay £50 up front, from which your parking fees will be taken, with an auto top-up amount of £25 - non-negotiable. Despicable business practices. And the app is clunky, won’t auto-detect where you are by location and doesn’t support things like ApplePay, so you have to hand over your credit card details. Absolute rubbish all round.

Caught out 2 pay systems at NHS Coventry Stoney Stanton Road to attend weekly appointments- every time I usually use carpark and I pay on leaving ,today I used the carpark
Adjacent to the carpark I usually use and my
Phones battery gone and I had a lot of trouble trying to pay went to reception at NHS and thy said had to pay on app on entering the other carpark is on leaving signs not clear. Once I got home in the evening I charged phone and downloaded the appropriate app -
App hard to use after setting it up and not clear if I paid I tried to pay for the hours I was parked and it wouldn’t change the hours !
I paid 3 payments consecutively to meet the charge I had to pay for the hours parked
