Fabulous is an app with an easygoing approach to self-improvement. It helps you forge new habits by providing science-based advice and daily activities that are really easy to do. You’ll pick a “Journey” when you start—like losing weight or concentrating better. With your goal defined, Fabulous gives you simple daily steps.
Useful so far
I’m reviewing after using the app for a week, so it’s possible I’ll wish I’d rated it more highly once I’ve seen more of what it can do - but since it is already asking for a review, here it is.
I’ve found the app useful. It starts off getting you to drink water as soon as you wake up for 3 days in a row, and builds other habits from there. So far I’m drinking water, eating a good breakfast, and doing a simple workout 3 times a week. The effects of this aren’t clear yet as it’s still early days. However, it’s already improved my mental state and attitude towards routine.
The app is very aesthetically pleasing, and I think a lot of people would enjoy the visual appeal. I personally find the interface a bit overwrought and would actually prefer a much simpler layout and format, without all the distracting sections and narrative frills. However, it’s clear enough to keep me coming back.
I am going to keep using the app and, as things stand at the moment, I would sign up for the paid version. There’s a lot of work that’s gone into it, and the early results are promising.

Oh my word, I have been scouring the internet so so long for a habit tracker, or routine builder, and happened to come across this one! It’s graphics are beautiful, the art comes to life, and it’s motivational messages carry me through my day. I set up three routines (my morning and evening ones having the largest amount of habits) and all of a sudden I found myself feeling ordered and complete throughout the morning, afternoon and evening! I had 15 minutes before needing to leave my home in the morning, and that was so even after sleeping in for yet another 15 minutes. Essentially, whereas I would have had no time for myself during the morning, I suddenly had half an hour to gather my thoughts, scroll through my phone, and make sure I had everything I needed for the day ahead. As for the evening, the timers for my habits keep me on my toes- I aim to do as many tasks as I can during them. I love writing a journal, and I wanted to read more- as I did with the help of Fabulous. There is a Premium Fee, but I don’t use it and the app works perfectly, I 100% recommend it to anyone, no matter how organised or messy they may be!
