Issue with basket

I order from Feel Unique all the time. However, I have to use the desktop version as unable to view my basket when using the app. It allows me to add to basket, but not able to checkout.
I have deleted and re-installed, and still the same issue. Today I ha e done this, and it’s saying there is now an issue even trying to sign back in :-(

Seems to be a bug with this app

I downloaded this app so long ago, and was unable to use it because of a bug. I check back whenever I am about to order from Feel Unique, just to see if it’s been fixed yet, but it never has been. I just order through the website now. The issue I experience is that you add things to the bag, but when you try to view them it says “Error fetching cart”, despite having a little red number on the icon to show the number of items in your cart, so you can’t view them - but you can’t clear the little red number either. Very frustrating as the first time I tried it, I put some products in my basket instead of saving them to the wish list , but then couldn’t even see them to buy them on the website - so I forgot what they all were and didn’t buy them.

Buggy for past year - impossible to use

I have unlimited next day delivery from FU, if only I could actually order anything, it would be marvellous. Their website doesn’t work, as I’m unable to put any item in a basket and haven’t been able to do so for past month, so attempted to use this app again. I’m using both iPad and iPhone, fully updated and their fully update app. After getting through the maddening account verification robot steps which are always extremely frustrating, eventually got into my account. Manage to put items in a basket, hoorah. Attempted to retrieve basket, error fetching it. Logged our, logged back in....error fetching basket. I’m surprised anyone can order from them. I give up. This has been an issue for past year and going elsewhere.
