Amazing service
I’ve really enjoyed using Ferris since I’ve been a member. Really easy, simple and got some brilliant stuff. Always got back to be quickly as well whenever I’ve had a question, which is great. Highly recommend!
Clunky, not user friendly!
I find this app so annoying. Tried to do a basic thing like reset my password, was unable to, it kept sending me back to the sign in page upon clicking email link.
Always issues with navigating the app when, again it sends you back to the sign in page for no apparent reason and asks you to log in- even though your logged in. 2 stars as the concept is good and given away a few items but frustrating user experience on the app side.
Problem
I am not experiencing log in problems all the time, i log in with my email start scrolling down and after a few seconds wants me to sign in again and this is constantly. Can you please fix it. I am using Iphone 14 pro max and from the beginning the application was working okey, maybe you have done something with the update or I don’t know please sort out this issue. Other than that the app is fantastic!!!
