The app is perfect for the 5Guys model. You say when you want to collect and at that time go collect your order. It will be ready. They always want to put the fries in fresh when you arrive -WHATS not to love about that. However during Covid climate when all orders are being collected, it’s not always possible to give this service. So when your chosen time arrives, go in, flash your phone receipt and they’ll give you your order SIMPLES! We love 5Guys burgers and never had any issues eating in, ordering for collecting or Deliveroo when we’re in an area which offers this. Keep up the great work guys ♥️

Omg they are acc so nice me and my fam went out on my birthday and I was going into ask if I could get anything for free since it was my birthday excpecting them to say no they said yes of course would u like a milkshake of ur choice chips and a drink they are so nice and plus there milkshakes are to die for!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Apps are supposed to save time. Not the Five Guys app. The status of the burger never changes. Mine said in progress as it was ready. Mainly, the staff don't call out the order number which I've experience both time. The web orders generate different numbers and both occasions the staff just leave web orders on the side without calling them out. Result? Cold food. It's impossible to get the attention of the staff because they don't want to speak to customers. Just serve the numbers out. I have used the app twice and same experience both times. So sadly, 1* for the Five Guys app. If the strategy in store is sorted, great but unfortunately it renders the app useless as it's quicker to queue and get your order warm and called out.

This app seems functionally fine: you can order food okay, it accepts Apple Pay, it tells you when to go to collect your food. However, what the communication between the app and the restaurant that is preparing your food seems deeply flawed. You are told to get to the restaurant for a specific time to collect your food, but you will then have a long wait (inside, during a pandemic, around a bunch of people — including staff — who aren’t wearing masks). Once you get it, the food is as you’d expect; but the process of ordering it is chaotic. There are plenty of other places to collect food from. Avoid Five Guys.
