Shift Rate
The homes are able to set the rate for the shift. Could the staff member set the rate they are prepared to work for. That way a negotiated shift price between both parties could be agreed. Often when homes want someone at the last minute I would be happy to travel and stay away from home but would need a higher rate of pay and can’t offer my services and the shift therefore gets unfilled and everyone loses out.
Great HOWEVER
Love working for florence however I have 2 issues;
My app doesn’t let me log out of shifts and some places take ages to process my timesheets meaning I’m paid late.
The fact they control what shifts you see! I found this out today, I don’t think this is fare at all, you see shifts going on how long you’ve worked for the company the longer/more shifts you have done the more places you see and some if you’ve been to that place before. I repeatedly have the 2 places I would never attend come up, just don’t think that’s really fair.
No fuss Florence App
I am super happy to have rejoin Florence because working with Florence is the most easier and fuss free thing ever.
I love their time sheet submitting, no need to chase people to sign your time sheet onces you are booked in all you have got to do at the end of your shift is to click timesheet and check to confirm that you have indeed worked that shift and the hours / rate are correct .
