Makes the lives of your managers and employees easier. Managers save hours every week by quickly building accurate schedules, and approving shift changes at the touch of a button. Employees get more exact schedules, and can quickly and easily requests swaps, suggest unavailability, volunteer for open shifts, request time off and view payroll information, while staying connected with the business, their managers and their colleagues. Fourth’s Purchase-to-Pay and Inventory Management solution:

The Fourth App requires a Fourth Account to login, your employer needs to have given you access through an activation email and if you have any problems with access you should contact your line manager.

Incredibly hard to navigate on iPhone
There is no back button to return to the home page and crashes frequently. I need to close down the app completely in order to get back to the home screen. When adding a shift to your schedule, it marks you as unavailable - which is the opposite of what you're trying to do. The app needs major UX changes.
What an app!
Just what you need when you are running or working in a restaurant. There have been a couple of times the app has needed updating but on the whole it’s great. I can access my rota and payslips and update my address and phone number. The social media part is brilliant, I can see what’s going on in my site and hear news across the company as well as getting my policies and discount vouchers.
The new employee directory is really cool as well. I love it!!

Server Connection Issues
Despite recent updates and improvements to combat connection failures, it seems they have made very little difference.
Try using WiFi... won’t connect, try on 4G... same problem. Restart phone, re-download and install app and still facing the same problem.
Sometimes have to wait a whole day before I can connect and see my work rota’s.
What is most frustrating is when you are in the middle of booking holidays off, then whilst loading the next page you hit an error and everything grinds to a halt.
The app is useful and has great potential, it’s just very unreliable.
I hope to see drastic improvements over the following weeks/months.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
