Description
Hello I am Frankie and I’m a yoga teacher with a strong belief that yoga is for everyone. I am passionate about helping people transform their lives through yoga.
I regularly teach Hatha, Yin yoga, yoga Nidra, Pregnancy & Postnatal yoga & Menopause Yoga in South West London. I am also qualified to teach Special Yoga for children with special needs, mentoring on the teacher training programme with Special Yoga Ltd.
I first came to yoga over 20 years ago to improve my flexibility. I very quickly realised that the benefits of yoga were more far reaching than just the physical. Yoga has also had a profound effect on my mental wellbeing. My personal practice has evolved from "just a good workout" to the realisation that yoga provides deep nourishment for both body and mind.
