Game changing app

Tried for a service for the first time today, and it worked like a dream. Pulled into the supermarket carpark, tapped “ask for assistance“, waited a couple of minutes for the petrol station to be contacted. They then send a message which says they can help you within the next 30 minutes. Tap “I’ve arrived“ when you pull up to a pump and then enter your pump number so they know where to find you. Lovely assistant at Sainsbury’s Pontypridd came out within a minute and couldn’t have been more helpful - took my contactless payment card, paid for the petrol and brought me back my receipt. This is going to make my life so much easier.

Life changing app

I know the title may seem a bit bold, but this app really has changed mine for the better! I used to have to rely on family and friends to fill up for me, which led to a number of tricky times where I had no fuel and no one available to help me. I can now go about my normal stuff and not have to rely on anyone other than an attendant at a station. They have always been super helpful, even offering to get anything from the shop for me too. The app always works and never had any downtime where it can’t arrange with a station to fill up. Highly recommend to anyone that can’t get out and fill up themselves!

After 30 years as an independent wheelchair dependant driver I am so pleased this app has come along. In the past I have been ignored by petrol station staff and even threatened with assault by another driver who didn’t understand why I was hooting the horn and didn’t like it. The app works well and I would like to say a big personal thank you to everyone involved from the inventor to all the garages that take part. Whoever invented this really deserves and award !
