I have tried many apps over the last few years, but none come anywhere close to what the Gas app has to offer. The quality of the information and helpful advice available is second to none.The app offers easy access to gas boiler instructions, important industry updates, help with breakdowns as well as friendly banter on the break time tab. Not forgetting amazing competitions with great prizes and massive deals on public liability insurance, training courses and so much more. The app is backed by big industry players like Mira showers Ideal boilers Bwt water softeners, Rhino trade insurance, Honeywell controls, Rothenberger tools who all support the app and make it free for us to use. There is so much more to discover when you open the app.

Iv been with app for good number of years don’t use it much and want be moving to paid subscription, Iv had this discussion in the beginning with regards to bulk down load of my customer data with the original developer, he never addressed the issue, again many years later still no option, this app has a fundamental flaw, you are not able to bulk download your customer details to on to excel or even a calendar, basically what you input you have to individually write down and move to excel or another app, absolute waste of time, even on the paid subscription there is no option. I can believe this simple option isn’t available even though many other apps allow this, the app works fine, may be this is to keep you on the app, or make you pay for a service.Defo would think twice before moving all your customer valuable data on here , which may take you years to collect,

Given the amount of change this app has been through over the past 12 months, I thought it was only right that I update my review. The app has now evolved into pretty much a one stop shop for everything your Gas business needs, from all the relevant forms, to fantastic technical support from some of the best in the business. I can’t fault it and whether you are new to the industry and just looking for a bit of help, or in the prime of your career and looking to share some hints and tips, It truly is the app to have. Fantastic community of gas engineers and so many useful features from something simple like having all contact details for manufactures and manuals for everything to how to diagnose well known faults. Many things like giveaways and competitions and a chat function where we can rant over a rubbish day. Ant goes above and beyond answers all questions we have quickly and efficiently worth every penny (even tax deductible). Has many other features like gas Saftey certificate forms (which auto generates reminder email a year later) Calendar, invoicing, everything is in one place.
