I have tried many apps over the last few years, but none come anywhere close to what the Gas app has to offer. The quality of the information and helpful advice available is second to none.
The app offers easy access to gas boiler instructions, important industry updates, help with breakdowns as well as friendly banter on the break time tab. Not forgetting amazing competitions with great prizes and massive deals on public liability insurance, training courses and so much more. The app is backed by big industry players like Mira showers Ideal boilers Bwt water softeners, Rhino trade insurance, Honeywell controls, Rothenberger tools who all support the app and make it free for us to use. There is so much more to discover when you open the app.

READ BEFORE USING No bulk upload or download of your valuable customer data.

Iv been with app for good number of years don’t use it much and want be moving to paid subscription, Iv had this discussion in the beginning with regards to bulk down load of my customer data with the original developer, he never addressed the issue, again many years later still no option, this app has a fundamental flaw, you are not able to bulk download your customer details to on to excel or even a calendar, basically what you input you have to individually write down and move to excel or another app, absolute waste of time, even on the paid subscription there is no option.

I can believe this simple option isn’t available even though many other apps allow this, the app works fine, may be this is to keep you on the app, or make you pay for a service.

Defo would think twice before moving all your customer valuable data on here , which may take you years to collect,

Hi, Even if you had the option to export all of your customer data it isn't universal that you can upload it elsewhere so wouldn't be worthwhile for us. We can remove your data when you leave the app if requested, and you can import your customer details from your device contacts to the app, we are also able to export all forms form the app automatically to your email to download. These methods make it so that everyone from all devices can manage their contacts and have their device as the main hub to avoid this.

Gas App is basically an essential tool I use everyday to help keep my business running with top class support.
The App is continually updated (even weekly) to fix any issues and add new features, the team work so hard to address any feedback as soon as possible and it includes a wealth of information including very knowledgeable engineers who are ready to help at the drop of a hat.
As a premium member I use invoicing, paperwork and reminders to stay on track.
I would be lost without this app and would recommend to any gas engineer old or new 👍🏼
