Cheap but below average
We’ve been using fantastic services for over a year every other week. They are cheaper than some other companies especially with the members discount but I have had to complain a lot to them for cancellations on the day (7 times) or changing the time with 5 minutes notice. We were meant to have the same cleaner every time but have had at least a dozen different ones which is annoying as you have to show them round and explain what you want them to do which counts as the time they are in your property. This can be challenging when they don’t speak any English and we have had a bathroom completely missed before even though she left 30 minutes early (though we did get £6 off to make up for her leaving early). That said we have had cleaners that have done a fantastic job and clearly care about the service they provide to their clients and when you do call to complain the care team are very understanding. Very hit and miss.

Unreliable and poor quality service
I’ve been using Fantastic Services for 7 months now for a fortnightly clean, and have lost count of the times the cleaners have just failed to turn up without letting me know. On the occasions they have turned up, the clean has been below par because the cleaner doesn’t understand English or because they simply don’t seem to have ever cleaned a house before. I pay an additional £6 for them to bring their own materials but often, they walk through the door expecting me to give them materials and other times, even when they do bring their own materials, I find my kitchen roll and toilet roll has been used and finished without my permission. I’ve even had cleaners think it’s okay to charge their phones using my chargers without asking permission!
I was promised the same cleaner every time and have a different cleaner every single time so I have to spend time instructing them, which can get frustrating as it’s counts as time I’m paying for.
I plan to cancel the service the moment I can find a better service or independent cleaner.

Not enjoying the services
No I am not enjoying fantastic services. I don’t feel heard. I have been saying since the start that the cleaners that have come to clean at my address (except the 1st cleaner who had to change because she couldn’t do my changed times) are not experienced at all and are all learners, they come and spend 2 hours cleaning a room and a tiny tiny bathroom. Fantastic has overcharged me every time pretty much. They have listened to my complaint 2 times but still one more complain from last time is pending.
Can the overall manager call me to understand the ongoing issues and really honestly solve the issues. Or else I will have to block the card payments and will not be able to pay cash to the cleaners given they are not experienced in cleaning and they should not be taking all the 2 hours to cleans tiny tiny place.
The 1st cleaner was fine.
