They either cancel or show up very very late without tell us

I have been using their services for about two years now. Cleaning is below standard, cost me paying half of deposit to landlord once and they refused to redo the job. Handyman job is frequently cancelled on the day an hour before the appointment time. The last job I booked with them, they cancelled me the first time(very last minute), then I booked the next day, the team was late for 3.5 hours without notifying me. And the office doesn’t pick up phone calls and didn’t call me back, we had to sit home blindly waiting all afternoon hoping they would show up. They eventually showed up and were rude. No explanations whatsoever. The office never called me back either, they just disappeared,not one single apology. Very poor communication and attitude. AND it is not safe to have them come to your home either, because their system doesn’t give the team’s number to you, but gives your contact number to their team to allow one way communication. So before and after the job the men can call you anytime they want but there’s no way you can contact them. The system protects themselves not the customers. Very dangerous as they know your home address. I left a three stars rating in their system and the man instantly called me back on my phone confronting me why I rated their job low. I don’t feel safe any more to use their services.

Bulgarian’s on low wages

I have been using fantastic services the last two months, and the teams have always turned up full time. But, The cleaning is definitely well below par, I’ve had cash in hand cleaners in who actually clean better and properly. I mean I would have thought that shower screens where a definite clean in a bathroom.
The language barrier is very difficult. I supply all the cleaning products telling them which ones to use where, and they smile nod and say yes, but carry on doing what they want to do. Once I went into the kitchen when my lady was doing bathroom, only to see she was charging her phone!

All of this is very poor, but in saying this is one of the ladies is not too bad even through you do have to keep showing her what to do and then I still have to go round and clean things when she has gone. I am hoping that the next time she comes, I will have a detailed list translated from English into Bulgarian. Especially as I have different cloths etc, for washing up and others for general cleaning, along with different mops for different rooms due to hygiene reasons.

So much gets missed and not cleaned and they have 3 hours to do a tiny 9x6 kitchen and a 7x7 wet room which they finish in 1hr 20mins total. So it’s very frustrating when they could spend an hour in the wet room and 2hrs cleaning the kitchen properly.

But hopefully with a translated list we might be able to overcome so of the problems without offending her.

Pop ups, Pop ups and more pop ups

The app allows you to book a service and view upcoming bookings as well as talk to customer services fairly quickly. This part works great.

The part that is pretty terrible is the pop ups. The pop up for inviting friends basically invades your screen every 10 seconds no matter what you do which is the most annoying thing on planet Earth. Am I supposed to invite friends every ten seconds in order to use the app? I was busy trying to arrange a new cleaner to come in the chat window and this stupid pop up kept coming up no matter how many times I dismissed it. It almost made me Vance the service right there.

If this isn’t resolved in a future update, I will go elsewhere because this is pretty bad on their part!
