This app is essentially a hollow collection of tiles (my deliveries, service request, etc.) that don’t function as they should. When you click on 90% of these tiles, you’re either met with a white screen or really old, outdated content. Scheduling a maintenance repair is particularly frustrating, as the chatbot only basically accepts requests from its programmed list of suggestions. Anything else tends to fail and you’re then back in the loop of not being able to request what you want. Even when you have successfully raised a request, there is nowhere to adequately manage this request, despite the occasional update text encouraging you to visit the “My Maintenance” section of the app.Overall this is a very disappointing app experience that doesn’t deliver the basic functionality required.

The app previously worked. At the moment if I click on announcements, news or similar options I get stuck permanently on a loading screen even with a strong internet connection. I still get notifications that there are new announcements and news, but I am unable to see them because of the above issue. I don't know if this is a server issue or something else. EDIT: The issues have been fixed now and the app works again.

Looks like the original app which worked fine was sacked off for this cheaper version that doesn’t work at all. Have raised issues with services team and nothing has been done. Notifications simply do not work, original service requests haven’t been migrated, the fact they transitioned without testing is just poor.
