Wow what a absolute Amazing Bunch of People from Stephanie to Simon to Ross and I think Paige, Brook and anyone else I did not name and spoke to I think including you Chloe and anyone I forgot but I tell anyone that I am 44 years of age and have over 25 years driving experience and have experienced many insurance companies in my time but last Christmas of 2024 December I was gifted from God to be part of this Super Friendly Super Professional and Super Respectful and Actually have a sympathetic touch as well as being 100% professional and I Mr Taj Salute all of you Guy’s and Your Team of everyone you use and I had a little problem with Enterprise Car Rental in Redditch but I’m sure it was only Callum The Assistant Manager who was causing me hiccup’s as for the rest of the Enterprise team in Redditch including Danni or Danny either way she was Amazing also Toby & Josh were so cool but unfortunately Callum the assistant manager let me and his team down but coming back to HastingsDirect I think I will be a Loyal Customer Until I live by the will of God as nothing better Thank you Everyone @ Hastings Direct Thank you 😍🥰👌

You keep saying update details, I have 3 or 5 times. Tried ringing no option to speak to a general query. I have changed my email then you send to old one. I get 1 thing on correct email then another on old email which is impossible to access . It's probably some security setting but if app says 1 thing, 2 emails say other things & you don't answer phone how can you keep saying it's easier to use app. I know what I'm doing but your app is slow & seems to say something different every time. I think it's done then realise you haven't done it. On going issue it's just confusing & not user friendly at all. Still shows an on going issue with a claim even though it was sorted. Different people keep emailing so no consistency to know what on earth is going on. 1 solicitor in your dept says one thing & all information supplied but I can't go back & check as it has been going on so long & your on line doesn't work most of the time either. I know I owe money & saying we'll collect later but you can ring is just confusing. I haven't cancelled anything. Because I don't know what date you're collecting money as a customer you can't follow when things are due out. I will try ringing yet again but don't hold out any hope as no one answers

So far I do not feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I took out a policy and in under one week I was contacted by the company questioning my behaviour when taking out a policy! They wasn’t asking for my accounts but demanded I do what they require in a very assertive manor to PROVE the policy I took out all tallies up! Again, I feel like I was intimidated, harassed and very taken aback by how a genuine customer would be treated. So far I have done what they require and once I have validation of the evidence I have had to submit to show nothing during the process was done out of manor then I will be putting a formal complaint in to senior management or the CEO. It is disgusting behaviour to be treated like a liar and my integrity. Please be careful if you decide to take out any policy with this company! I was told if I did not comply with their requests then they will cancel my policy in under 7 days and charge me for this… even though I am happy with the policy and do not wish to cancel! I have stood my ground assuring them I will not be paying a penny in cancellation fees as it is them who is cancelling my policy and not me due to everything being correct! Again, they refused to listen and again I was subjected to forceful intimidation of them assuring their authority that I would be liable for cancellation fees and changes to my policy! Disgusting behaviour and will not be tolerated!

Im a month in to the telematics tab policy, no problems setting it up I was able to drive my car insured before the tab arrived they gave me I believe at least 10 days before it had to be set up. Seems pretty accurate although sometimes it's sensitive on breaks and also pulling off at busy roundabouts always says hard acceleration which is often needed where I live! I manage to keep my score at 80 minimum as a new driver and I do long journeys on lots of different driving conditions, you have to be a very bad super reckless driver to have a bad score, I understand some peoples tabs aren't workong in their favour maybe their location and signal issues Im not sure. The price is very expensive £160+ a month for a 1.4 fiesta, checked again recently and £110 for the same policy... I had to ring customer service once as I recieved a letter saying I hadnt set up my tab when I did but it was all ok on their end the female staff was very helpful and polite on the phone, reassured me its all ok on their end and helped resolve the issue. Only downside is how expensive it is even with a tab!!
