Housekeep 4+

Cleaners are of very high quality and consistently arrive on time. They are friendly, efficient and effective. The app is super easy to use and intuitive, and helps me deal with any problems I might have. Would highly recommend using Housekeep - I’ve been pulling my hair out looking for a good, consistent cleaner for years and this has finally solved me issue!

I used this service in 2022… a total disgrace! Ridiculously expensive with the poorest quality ever; to give you an idea, one of the task I asked the man to do was to change my bed sheets; pretty simple right? NOPE! later than evening I couldn’t locate the dirty sheets, to then find out he put the clean one ON TOP OF THE DIRTY ONES. He also chipped the toothpaste cup in the bathroom and overall was a very bland and low quality service. The app asked me to try again, they gave me a coupon and had like 50% off or something… I asked one thing: send me someone else. Guess who arrived? The same guy. A nice person but he was not a cleaner, never done it as a job and you could tell. So I asked for refund- that I didn’t get - and delete the app, the account etc. An year or so passed, saw a promo and thought “let’s give this another go, maybe they’ve improved their services. WELLLLLLL…. Not only this was not the case, the customer service went down as well and I realised that when they say “your account has been deleted”, it’s actually not deleted AT ALL. It store all your information, they’re not “anonymised” in any form and so, I delete my card etc. DO NOT USE IT. Who knows what they’re doing with your data, not to mention how poor the service is, how unbothered the customer service is. It could have been great. It’s a disgrace.

This is the second time I’ve booked and have not been impressed at all. 1 - the cleaner took 30 mins to get into our house when I left clear instructions on where the lock box and flat was. 2 - I added a load of requests to the clean that you could preselect. None of which were done. One being clean the fridge and I don’t think she even opened the fridge door. 3 - I asked her to take the bedding off the bed and pop into the washing machine - wasn’t done. 4 - for a general clean simple elements were missed, such as the bath tub and the kitchen sink. 5 - I did say the hoover might not have power so plug it in when you arrive. Told her where is was and she said she couldn’t find it. Come home and it was there. It’s a basic clean how can anyone be so useless! Have message in a few times and have said I was not happy and wanted a refund and could send in photos. The response was they will pass this onto the cleaner. I had to clean wand hoover when I got in. Literally no point in arranging a cleaner. Would NOT recommend.
