If you love working out with Apple Watch, but you need more advanced fitness stats, HealthFit is for you.
By analyzing the workout data stored in Apple Health, HealthFit provides the kind of indispensable tracking and insights you normally only get from premium subscription services. But if you still prefer to use apps like Strava or Training Peaks, HealthFit has you covered with reliable automated background syncing.
ONE FITNESS APP THAT DOES IT ALL
HealthFit combines a comprehensive activity feed with insightful fitness statistics and all your essential health metrics in one beautifully designed app. So you don’t need to go hunting around in multiple apps to track your fitness progress.
SYNC YOUR WORKOUTS SEAMLESSLY
Syncing with platforms like Strava can be a fiddly, laborious process and the results aren’t always great. HealthFit solves this by syncing automatically in the background after every workout. So you don’t have to lift a finger, it just works. It can even sync your entire workout history.
With support for more than 25 platforms (see below), HealthFit is fitness hub, keeping all your workout data in sync.
WORKOUTS: THE ACTIVITY FEED YOU REALLY NEED
Browse your workouts in the Activity Feed, with route maps, photos and essential stats all visible at a glance. Tap on a workout for a treasure trove of essential insights, like customizable Heart Rate Zones, Training Load and Recovery Times. You can even log which bike or shoes you use, to monitor usage and flag when it’s time to replace them.
HealthFit finds photos you take during your workouts automatically, bringing your activity feed to life with stunning images you can share on social media.
RUNNING POWER ANALYSIS
HealthFit provides advanced running power analysis with the automatically estimated critical power, the weighted average power, the power distribution chart by 25W Increments and the mean maximal power chart which shows your best average power for time periods of one second up to the length of your run.
MULTISPORT AND INTERVAL WORKOUTS
HealthFit is the only app to export multisport workouts as multisession activities
STATISTICS: UNCOVER HIDDEN FITNESS INSIGHTS
Apple Watch gathers so much fitness data, it can sometimes seem overwhelming. HealthFit mines that data to provide essential charts and summaries that show you exactly how you’re doing, with indispensable insights that will help you to raise your fitness game.
Stats are broken down by activity type, with handy Year Comparison charts. You can monitor changes in your Fitness (CTL), Fatigue (ALT), and Form (TSB), Heat Maps reveal where you’ve been training, and your Explorer Score reveals how much you’ve been getting around.
HEALTH METRICS: THE STATS THAT MATTER
HealthFit provides a curated view of your health metrics focusing on the essential stats every athlete needs to know, whether you’re a serious competitor, a weekend warrior, or just beginning your fitness journey.
TAILORED TO YOUR FAVORITE FITNESS ACTIVITIES
Unlike most fitness apps, HealthFit doesn't just focus on running and cycling. We treat all activity types equally, presenting your most frequent activity types more prominently, with specially tailored stats and charts.
UNBEATABLE ON PRIVACY
All your data stays on your iPhone where it belongs. Our app runs on your phone, not in the cloud. We don’t use any trackers to monitor your activity and we never will.
SUPPORTED SYNCING PLATFORMS

Update in October 2021. The app goes from strength to strength, and the support from the developer is even better. I have tried various fitness tracker apps on my Watch but keep coming back to the built in Workout app as the most reliable. However, I like to see altitude data so I want to use a 3rd party app to export workouts to my chosen 3rd part platform. HealthFit allows me to do just this. I can export to a range of platforms and it just works so seamlessly and reliably. It really does just work. However, I did find an issue with the Data Sources screen and thought I’d contact Stéphane, the developer. He emailed back literally within minutes and has been amazing in getting this issue fixed. He’s created a beta version for me to test, he’s diagnosed the issue and the fix will be available soon. The support has been totally amazing for a £2.99 app. Can I give more than 5 stars?
Review after over a month of use

I love this app for a few reasons. Firstly, in a world which seems to always demand a subscription, this app doesn’t. Simply pay once and it’s yours.Secondly, the week-by-week, month-by-month and year-by-year graphs are truly game changing in the way they help visualise your progress and are worth the cost of the app on their own. If you’re the kind of person who is only trying to match/beat what you have previously achieved, trust me, these will keep you motivated.Thirdly, whilst I consider Apple to do a reasonable job of breaking down the key details following a workout, in this app all workouts are broken down further. If your goal is weight loss and/or strengthening your heart, then the breakdown of how often your heart was performing at different intensities is a very useful insight. It feels unfair of me not to highlight the other numerous features this app offers, but needless to say I would highly recommend the one-off cost. If you plan to take your health seriously, this offers complex and sophisticated insights in an easy to digest way. The export options also enable further methods for you to explore your health.TO THE DEVELOPER: Please add the option in a future update to allow tips to be sent as an optional in app purchase. If current times have taught me anything, it is to support those who are genuinely trying to make the world a better place than they found it! Thank you
Lots of information

Update - The latest version 12.8 is great. Lots more useful and detailed information in the new graphs. I think this is a great app. - I'm pleased to have found the HealthFit app as I believe it is easily the best fitness app I've used for displaying the data from Apple Health. I've quite a few fitness apps and each has slightly different features like export to pdf, runs on the Apple watch etc. However the way HealthFit presents the data is excellent. Lots of information and informative graphs. The Fitness graph on the Statistics tab gives a great indication of the amount of training/exercise I've been doing which can be displayed over 30 days, 6 weeks and more up to one year. Lots of information is new to me but there are links to external Web sites that provide detailed explanation on each term. I like that when I complete a workout it can find and display similar workouts which is great for comparing. It also can add photos from your photo library.Amazing for such a small download and that it retrieves and runs the various sections very quickly. You can subscribe to get extra more detailed maps and some other features to set goals or build workouts. It works on iphone and ipad and what is great is the app displays in Landscape mode on the ipad ( brilliant why don't other apps do this)Even without subscribing this is an excellent app at a great price which I have no problem recommending.( oh I've written quite a lot)Edit - I've recently had an issue where data from some workouts is not displayed properly and the support from the developer has been excellent.
Essential for Apple Watch fitness

Simply brilliant. This functionality should be standard within Apple’s fitness suite, but it isn’t. For the longest time, this kept me away from using Apple as the data was stranded on their ‘island’ with no real way of getting it onto other platforms (most notably, Strava). This app changes the situation, it auto syncs immediately and reliably to any number of services of your choosing. More than that, you can be very granular about what specific activities you share (for example, I don’t want walks shared to Strava, but I do want runs synced - I can do this now). I also like the way it lays out all of your information from a run too. Just brilliant and utterly indispensable - the best solution I’ve found and it makes the Apple Watch a much better fitness companion than it would otherwise be. Highly recommended!
