Easier watch location checks Refreshing your child's watch location now works as expected, and you can scroll through all the details in their location history. More reliable conversations across countries We've improved messaging and video calls from the app to watches for families living in different countries. New messages also appear in open chats without needing to refresh. Clearer mobile plan setup For Australian customers using a Medicare card to buy or activate a mobile plan, a new on-screen guide shows which card details to enter, making the ID check easier to follow. Preparing for what's next We're updating the wearable and mobile plans offered to Australian customers in preparation for exciting changes in early 2027 that will deliver significant value for your family. We fixed an issue where some users were being unexpectedly logged out of the app during periods of poor mobile connectivity. Previously, a slow network connection could cause the app to sign you out, which meant other family members might temporarily not see you in the app. The app now handles network interruptions gracefully and keeps you signed in.

• Clearer Space status so you can quickly see when someone is sharing location, not sharing location, or needs an update. • Offline is easier to spot when a family member hasn't updated location for 30+ days. • More context when a fresh location isn't available, so what you're seeing makes sense at a glance. • Smoother joining and managing Spaces, including fixes to Space invite links. • More reliable chat and calling • Security and stability improvements, including stronger protection when using Face ID and fewer interruptions.
