This app is amazing! The whole idea of traveling exchanging work for a place to live (and all the rest that includes meeting people, eating amazing food, getting soaked in different stories...) is excellent!I’d like the “bad” references to be shown since I also had very bad ones and it’s a bit dishonest that the next workawayers can’t know what happened or have to contact me to know, just thinking that should be changed. As far as the other aspects everything is really good.I would add a map to locate the addresses of the workaways and like Airbnb “demand” a review from both parts. Thanks workaway

I haven’t got a host family yet as I’ve just downloaded it, I can already tell that it is going to be good however for some who are eager to get out there, the app should do a bell system where it alerts the potential host family so many times in a day to get their attention

Workaway is fantastic... the app is absolutely insufferable to use. Could you please make it more user friendly? It’s very glitchy and the main issue is that it closes the page you were viewing/working on even if you just tab the app (on I phone), to look at another page for reference etc, be that a message or a profile- so you constantly have to go back and do things/find profiles all again. Messages are insufferable too- the app never tells you you have messages, sometimes says you have none... it’s just all hard work. Could you please make it more user friendly 🙂

This app could be so great and a lot more social for travellers - the buddy up idea is good but you should be able to filter by countries and interests otherwise it’s pretty useless. I think it’s cool for example that you can include LGBT as an interest as it’s quite hard to find other queer travellers this would be a great way to be able to connect with other people travelling who come from a similar community and have similar interests but since you can’t filter buddy ups or works aways by interest this is somewhat defunct!
