Returns not great

Love the app and the ease at which I can buy but returning items is not so easy. I’d like a clear option on the bottom row of the app that states ‘returns’ and it gives me the option to print off a label to hand to my local Asda store.
Love the rest though. Wanna buy everything!!!!

Really poor customer experience.

I assume it’s to do with the boohoo take over. Quality was already dropping before but it just hit a new low. And on all levels. The app it’s a pure disaster. Don’t wSte your time, it doesn’t work and considering the reviews it has not work for a while-meaning the company is not doing anything about it. If you can just go elsewhere, it’s so much less stressful. App took my money from back account but send an error message so didn’t register my order at all. I tried again on suggestions of the customer service and more money has been taken without registering order. Just poor useless APP.

What on earth have you done to Karen Millen

Since Karen Millen has gone online, I have noticed the quality of the designs and fabric has been cheapened- it’s awful. Karen Millen was the only place I could shop to get good quality clothes that fit perfectly. You have ruined a perfectly good brand and brought it down to high street cheap trash level. I’m so upset and disappointed. I believe those loyal customers who loved Karen Millen for its quality and style will no longer shop here. You have totally ruined the brand and you really need to take the feedback we are all saying on board. You’ve made a huge mistake here!!!
