Please, please, please can the materials used be natural, and the correct material content labelled.There are too many clothes in the world made from plastic (polyester, nylon, viscose etc) and people are invariably looking for sustainable cotton, wool, silk, linen, cashmere and so forth, which all naturally go back into the earth and reduce climate impact.Love KM designs, and they are always cut to fit very well indeed. Best fit I can find, short of bespoke tailoring.More natural material will help!

Prices change once added to basket. Discounts are not applied correctly. Basket adds up to different amounts as to advertised prices. I contacted help who advised me to “uninstall and reinstall” (the cop out iPhone equivalent of turn it off and back in again). This didn’t work, prices had gone up since my original order AND the total still came to more than the full price total, never mind with the advertised discounts. Seems to be the same app as Warehouse (same functionality etc) except the pricing doesn’t work. I was offered a manual refund after buying but didn’t trust this and frankly, I’d had enough so deleted the app and gave up. Clothes are available elsewhere for less money and less hassle. Sorry Boohoo but you are supposed to be online specialists and this just is not good enough.

I absolutely love the KM app. I can spend hours on end on this App. It’s easy and intuitive. I also enjoy receiving the extra 20% discount every time I place an order . Before the pandemic I could barely afford KM but since it’s become a lot more affordable without compromising on quality. Suggestion: I would like to see more styles for petite Ladies and less moth repellent as on two occasions I developed a small rush but nothing serious.

Amazing quality and classy design pieces. I absolutely love Karen Millen brand. The app is user friendly and very well organised.I would only advice KM to include a matching pieces as suggestions below each item. For example if the image is for a skirt but the girl has a really nice top in the photo, the app can add a link to the top so we can order the full outfit if we like the style.Everything else is perfect.
This update includes usability improvements and bug fixes.
