I am so (unexpectedly) excited to have this new app

I miss the old Hay House Radio app. I *really* miss it. I leaned on it to get me through my awful working day and would listen to it for hours. When it ended it was a really sad loss for me and I still keep the app icon on my home screen to remember the happy times. I was not looking forward to this replacement. I was so wrong!! This is BRILLIANT. It’s a bit like Audible but for Hay House books (as well as all the other content on there ). There are so many books I have on Kindle or in paper which are piling up and I wish I could get through them. I even have some Hay House audio books which for some reason only appear on my laptop library and not my phone, so again this limits access. So much so that there are books in all formats I’ve owned for literally years and just never seemed to get to. But now I have those books and dozens more to listen to on my phone and I am so excited to get to easily access them now. I’m so genuinely excited by this, having radio archives too is really the cherry on top. I love this idea and can already tell I’m going to be spending hours and hours with it again. Thank you whoever made this possible.
A few issues but customer service great

Had a few issues with set up (paid monthly because they said the cost was going up, then the pricing structure changed and it was so much cheaper to pay annually) but customer services were very helpful. Often find when I continue listening to something it’s jumped back by about half an hour which isn’t so helpful! For some reason I thought there’d be more content books-wise (gave up my audible account for this) but there’s plenty to be keeping me occupied for sure and have enjoyed re-visiting authors from earlier times. I use it most days.
Suddenly sadly not working

A few days ago my app suddenly asked me to sign in. That’s okay but I forgot my password. That’s okay because you only get one try to remember because the content on this app is worth my weight in gold so it must be super protected. That’s okay because I can select forgot password and go to my email and through to the website, although I can only access the US website although I’m now registered in the UK. That’s okay when I change my password and try to sign into the app only for the app to reject my new password. Also with only one attempt. I did manage an instant chat with a Hay House employee “I assume”, but her solution was for me to cancel my current subscription, lose half a year of use, and she’d give me $49 (yay) but now I had to create a new email address to start a new subscription??????? I’ve subsequently cancelled my subscription which was via apple, but I’m still owed access until 11 June so I still need my issue resolved. Come on Hay House staff, Louise would be bitterly disappointed at this level of service, which quite frankly, whilst not intentional I’m sure, amounts to theft. Let’s see what comes from this technical review. The content is obviously fabulous or I wouldn’t have subscribed for years. 😢🤷🏼♀️

I love this app. It has so many resources on there - audiobooks and more.My only downside is that sometimes the app isn’t user friendly, like sometimes I can’t seem to just look at a list of all the audiobooks. I have to go about it a really convoluted way to just see audiobooks and not other bits of content (live recordings, meditation videos, radio shows etc) mixed in. So I think the functionality of the app could do with an overhaul but I still gave it 5/5 as it’s got so much content on there - you can’t complain really 👍🏼
