Student Expenses is a specialist app designed for students to enter expenses incurred during club and society activities. With linkages to leading Student Union management systems, students can simply login and the app will pickup your club memberships from a supported SU system. Once approved, expenses will automatically post to the Student Union's back-office accounting system and be set for payment. For Presidents and Treasurers, the app also provides access to club income and expenditure reporting for clubs you administer.

Do you have to reimburse to your personal bank account. Can you nominate an another bank account if you are claiming on behalf of someone else?

Thanks for your review. Reimbursements are paid to the bank account registered to the student submitting the expense.Each student should register using their own bank details and can submit expenses for any group they are a member of. Once approved, payment is made to their registered account. If you are claiming on behalf of someone else, they should normally register and submit the claim themselves. Your SU Finance Team can advise if they allow any alternative arrangements.

The app works pretty well, I can submit and approve expenses quite easily, the only annoying thing is that I have to delete the notifications to mark them as read. I’d like to be able to mark them as read without having to delete them

Thanks for leaving a review; and glad the process works well. Good point regarding notifications count (badge) and we'll look to add a user-setting ASAP to let you choose whether the count is total, or just unread notifications.

Says my phone is jailbroken so wont open. My phone isnt jailbroken 😂
