This is the worst betting platform! You can make a deposit in a few seconds, but when trying to withdraw any funds all withdrawal were unsuccessful. I contacted customer support on the chat and every time I got the same explanation that my bank rejected the transaction. I made another deposit from a different bank who was of course successful, but the withdrawal still unsuccessful. Hopefully I will be able to withdraw the money and never use this platform again! I would suggest to avoid this company!

But let me let you in a true secret about bet score or live score or anything else they call themselves these days,I suggest you try to join their on line betting app and see what they say after you’ve wasted 10-15 minutes of your time to fill in their app questionnaires and right at the end you will be sent a preset with their final decision which”I don’t wanna ruin the surprise “but it will make your head turn 360 digress?!ok I tell you what the surprise is:A BIG FAT NO?!!!! seriously I was flabbergasted as normally if you are not accepted or aren’t allowed to jon,they open the app for you and let you know say if you don’t have the right identification or whatever and then apologise to you and say you can not Join! But I’ve never seen a on line gambling app refuses a punter from joining for no reason at all?!! It couldn’t be because of bad credit??!! Created an account and deposited money no issue. Tried to withdraw the exact same amount after being rejected for a bet, was then told I had to verify my account. After trying 30 times, the process didn't work and I have subsequently spoken to 10 different people who we re extremely unhelpful and just told me the same thing over and over. I emailed the required documents through and a day later received an email saying my account was now closed which wouldn't have been an issue...... but there was no mention of my £400!!! This company allows you to deposit as much money as you like knowing that they can just make up a reason not to let you verify your account and steal your money. Absolute disgrace of a bookmakers who, from reading the reviews, have done this to so many people without a care in the world. Conned and still waiting for my money and wondering what profit pile they've put it in!!

Joined the app over a week ago as I enjoy using the scores version and the free bet incentive made me want to give it a go. Signed up and deposited to access my free bets which are valid for a week. Soon after my account was suspended as I needed to be verified. This was fine and I sent in emails with my verification details. However, I am still waiting to access my account over a week later. I have funds in the account I have no access to and my free bets have now expired. The customer service live chat do not help at all and just say to allow more time (maximum of 48hours apparently). I was finally given a number to call live score bet on and when I did so I queued for 30 minutes on the phone and then the line went dead (I imagine someone may have hung up). Still yet to have any contact or support regarding the situation, honestly a shocking support service of what could be a very good app.
