As an employee, you can use this app to;
- Access the Onboarding hub, preparing you to join your organisation
- Search for colleagues, review and navigate the organisation chart
- Check and update your personal and payment details
- View or download a detailed breakdown of your pay, compare your pay over time and access pay-related FAQs.
- Submit expense and mileage claims, easily attaching receipts
- Check your holiday entitlement and request time off
- Clock in and clock out, recording attendances
- Submit and track dozens of other types of forms, including performance reviews, training requests and forms designed by your organisation
- Access your benefits and internal career portals
- Read and download documents shared by your organisation
As a Manager, you can also use this app to;
- Set tasks and track the progress of onboarders
- Authorise and reject requests for time off, expenses and other forms for authorisation
- Complete performance reviews and monitor individuals’ performance and potential
- View insightful reporting widgets relating to your team
- Delegate tasks to colleagues
- Access and upload documents to employee records
It’s a extremely annoying app keep asking many different questions and fill in different passwords and they are never correct even if they are after a while it will just won’t let you log in absolutely nightmare the security guard on this is absolutely the worst if you buy a new phone you cannot simply log in and it suspends your account and just adds an extra trouble in your life I am devastated with this nonsense worst thing ever how many passwords you need for one account it’s mental and each time you log into it asking all possible weird questions and passwords over and over again hate this app sooo much
It's just bad

I needed this app for my taxi fare on lockups. But it's been such a frustrating experience for me that I have given up. Copy and paste your password in? Doesn't always work. Now you have to ask for a temporary password. Copy and paste the temporary password in as they instruct in their email? Doesn't work. The app also crashes constantly, and it's so tedious to look through pre existing claims. So many of my own colleagues have given up on the app as well, or have not been able to log into it for years despite following every correct step.
FaceID no longer working

The MyView app stopped working (never loading). After reinstalling you are forced to go through the website for security purposes - fair enough). However now FaceID no longer works or even appears as an option in the app. This means you have to go through the security settings EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to open the app. Don’t know what happened but it appears the app is broken now 🤷🏼♂️

Just shows the website in an app. The new payslip layout is awful, difficult to view and doesn’t show annual pay or review date. As I use the ‘old’ view I can’t actually download any payslips to files and these need a lot of scrolling around to actually see all the information. Not sure what the point is if your workplace only uses Zellis for payslips
