I bought these trainers as seen on the live, and although they are pre-owned, they look absolutely brand new. I would highly recommend buying from this seller—you really do get exactly what you see on their live. Shipping and delivery were within the time frame given, so I couldn’t ask for more. The only slight disappointment was that the stickers weren’t included with the trainers when they arrived, but my fiancée is delighted with them, so overall I couldn’t be happier.

So I tried out this app since I seen a good bit about it and I joined a few lives where sellers are complaining about the prices of items saying only £40 this is a £100 shoe RRP making your getting a good deal and trying to ramp up the price, I brought 4 pairs of shoes from 4 sellers and to say the least I was very disappointed when they came due to the fact they was all fake, so if you read this let it be a lesson to you if it’s too good to be true it probably is, I tried to contact support but they are extremely bad on this app for some reason and I won’t get a refund, there might be legit sellers on here but i’m not sure since every live is the same basically and 4 different people sold me fakes it’s abit of a weird coincidence, but i guess if they look good enough to pass off as authentic Tilt App won’t refund you

As a buyer I could not recommend this less. Whatnot is FAR better than this and even they have problems now and then. I used my signup £10 bonus (which turns out had to be on a single item worth £10 or more - unlike whatnot where the £10 signup credit can be used on any amount and split across orders). If you are buying Pokemon product, 99% of the sellers seem to just be doing Korean packs - which nobody really cares for. Unlike WhatNot as well, you pay a buyers’ protection fee, on top of the product price and as well as the shipping costs. I was also FORCED to turn on notifications and could not continue to my account and the home page till I turned these on and pressed ‘next’. Once I used my credit on one order I swiftly moved back to WhatNot, far better to use and navigate with far far more sellers and product variety.

This app is ok in theory but it is also ripping people off making them cancel purchases then re-selling the same item. This leaves the customer with no refund of an extremely ambiguous process to try and receive a refund. There are a number off references to individuals beings scammed with no resolution to said issue. Furthermore, the app creator does seem to have a way for people to contact and in the review section they only seem to reply to a handful of positive comments whilst ignoring some serious concerns.I believe I am going to contact the financial conduct authority as a result and make sure they have more transparency in their process regarding refunds and items taken and not delivered this is a serious matter and should not be aloud to operate until this and app bugs have been addressed!!!
