My husband died some months ago we always used to go on date night to bingo until our local place closed down My friends and I found buzz bingo and joined up since it is quite far we can only manages a couple times a month but that’s where the app comes in and am v happy it’s there ty 😊

While it’s a decent app, there’s nothing really too it that every other casino doesn’t have as well. The thing I find disappointing is the wagering requirements disguised as ‘free spins’ like all the other apps have. You make your £10 deposit and they give you the bonus funds making you feel like you’ve been rewarded but with the extremely high requirements it’s practically impossible to get anything from it which is really disappointing. I get you don’t want to just give money away so it’s better to not try entice people with the ‘free spins’ that actually get you nothing. It’s really disappointing to say the least. Like I say though, it’s just your standard run of the mill gambling app, doesn’t really have anything to stand out from all the others

Where to start, customer service on line come across belligerent and it seems like they are doing you a favour when something goes wrong, that and them not fixing said problem, the app itself is poor! Lots and lots of glitches from freezing on games, to not keeping up when going to game to game. So so much more I could mention but the above will do. 6th of march and buzz bingos response was to shirk the issue and responsibility onto me! Telling me ‘check my internet’ ‘make sure the app is up to date’ and to ‘contact cx service’ your customer service team come across arrogant and leave you feeling like you are taking up there time! And 9/10 they do not resolve your issues i urge Buzz Bingo to look a little closer in house than to simply tell me what I should do, this response from them absolutely sez it all, not a single ounce of ownership from them.

I’ve played on a few gambling sites before, and I can confidently say that this is by far the worst. I understand how RTP works, and get that they are here to make money; not give it. But consistently getting bonuses rewarding under £10 after running £1 spins for £50+ doesn’t convince me to come back or deposit more. There’s a lack of thrill and a lack of fun slots licensed on this app. My main vice, although it sounds petty, is the broken audio. Slots consistently lose audio and the audio toggle does nothing; restarting and reinstalling the apps does nothing, ensuring the latest updates and keep in mind I’m on the newest iPhone model, just helps to set the reality in that gambling on this app just doesn’t bring enjoyment.
