I see lots of bad reviews and don’t know what will happen if I cancel but I must say I love my LazyFit and would not be without it. It has been a lifeline during a mega- stressful time and has revolutionised my state of mind (positive) as well as really toned muscles, enhanced balance and just made me feel that I can stand my ground. Sometimes the exercises seem a little tame but it’s working so well I trust it totally. If you’re not so mobile I’d advise doing as much of the range of movement as you can and slowing the pace which can be fast. If you want to work out more you need to copy the model as closely as you can and hold the relevant muscles tight. I used to dread exercise but this is my therapy!! I now have a routine!Update: I changed from a gentle chair yoga routine and have now moved to a more challenging weight loss one with a belly focus. The previous ones really helped me find my core and align everything. Still the case with this but really works lots of muscles and I do get stiff! Still chair yoga because of hyper mobility and joint pain.
Misleading - Not a weight loss app

The adverts for this app clearly imply someone can lose weight by doing a few minutes exercise is bed each day. When I actually tried the app, it told me the same. It specifically asked me how much weight I wanted to lose (I said 30lbs). Then it gave me a date (about 15 weeks later) I would achieve that weight loss. Then it gave me an exercise plan to achieve it, which consisted of 3 minutes exercise a day for a few days, followed by 6 minutes a day after that. It also suggested a meal plan. It asked me my dietary requirements (I told it I am vegan) and how many meals I wanted to eat a day plus if I wanted a snack (I said 3 meals plus one snack). It then gave me a weekly meal plan to follow.My issue with all this is that not only will I not lose 30lbs doing 3 minutes exercise a day, but if I went ahead and followed the meal plan I would not receive adequate nutrition. The meal plan was very low in protein (below the 0.9/kg body weight I would need). The carbohydrates were also on the low side. One lunch option suggested a small paper bowl with some lettuce leaves and tomato. It is not nutritionally healthy. This app is very misleading, and could cause a lot of harm to people who follow the meal “plan”.Please be careful. This app helps you do a few exercises a day to stretch or tone a little. Nothing more.

Whenever anyone mentioned the word ‘Exercise’ to me, I’d say ‘Not for me, I hate exercise’. But I’ve come to a health crossroads in my life. My weight has significantly increased and my blood pressure has increased so much I’ve had to begin medication. It got to the point where I said to myself I have to do something different NOW or I’m not going to be able to turn it around. I’m 47, I’m an experienced nurse. I’ve seen firsthand the effects poor health can bring. I can’t stand for good health and not be an example myself!It started with healthy eating but I’ve adapted it in my own way as I’ve literally tried ALL diets at some point in my life. So I’ve taken out a lot of meat and replaced it with seafood/plant based but I know a healthy diet will only take me so far.Anyway back to exercise and this great app. The 1st day, I couldn’t even make it through 17 mins, I was exhausted but the next day, and the next, and the next I started to feel better, think better, my confidence grew, I felt a sense of achievement, my clothes started fitting better, my stomach started to shrink, my face got slimmer and most important of all my blood pressure started to reduce! The exercises are tailored, they’re short and they accommodate some of the physical restrictions I have (Knee and back pain). Even my knee is getting stronger. I’m doing the walking exercises and it’s building the muscles around my knee. And at the end I get encouragement and can monitor my progress. I’m 7 days in and I’m even exercising on the weekend! I can’t thank the creators enough ❤️, I’ve finally found something that works!
It is a CON STAY AWAY
ME/CFS SLEEPLESSPAIN
I was 5 years bedbound extremely ill needed to get strong. I did find taster exercises helpful (I damaged my brain so cannot really remember what they were)lost a little weight and helped me leave my bed huge plus and as a bedbound supersize I wanted to believe I wasn’t losing as much due to my size and inactivity before. However once I signed up the exercise changed leaving out the ones that I felt were helping and six months in its still the very same ones. Forever promising even after I’d said they pinched my back was met with at your size this is bound to be they promised to change the exercises but never happen. Woke to excruciating back , A Specialist stated lifting two excessive weighted legs together is crazy and the reason I sprained my back I’m in hospital with long term therapy that may relieve the pain but the damage is permanent🙇♀️ 🤦♀️ I feel a fool contacted LazyFit numerous several times Every month there were paper promise NEVER for filled. I’d leave -20*stars if there was that option. Stay away. Better just burning your money it may hurt less I think.i never got £ refund nor apology
