Spin is rigged and app not great

While I’ve tried you app out for a while to see how bets and the spins were I found all you do is make the spin go to deposit just to get peoples information is kinda concerning and it’s not just once but evrey spin on the wheel since I joint has been that nothing different now a cupple of times is understandable however every spin for at lest over 2 months that’s just rigged and also that little bubble in the side of the screen that is the most infuriating thing and the fact you can’t just delete it off our screen it’s crazy however you sort them issues out as well as more it could be a good app just somethings you need to work on.👍🏿

Placed a bet on champions league final bet builder with the betting promo that if I placed £5/10 and it didn’t come in then I would receive money back as free bets, didn’t receive free bets so emailed them, they messaged back saying the minimum stake was £20 in which I know for certain it wasn’t cos I would never go above a tenner on a bet builder. They also stated the odds had to be evens or more when it was 1/2 on the promo I tried to use. I then corrected them in which they sent another email saying one of my players shots on target was below 1/2 odds so I didn’t qualify. Feel as tho they were looking for any excuse not to pay free bets out and were backtracking constantly, won’t be using again
App is useless

I’ve recently signed up and so far the experience is terrible….the app is absolutely useless, especially during peak times when the football is on - for example 10am on Saturday, you can barely load the app, I had to switch to desktop to place my bets - throughout the 3pm kick offs and even now during the 5:30pm kick off the app isn’t even loading (every other app and website loading fine). At this point probably going to close my account as there are many bookies with better performing appsUpdate: tried to close my account and that isn’t even loading xD having to email in
