At last an accessible simple to use flight tracking app with list views and lots of text based views.Works very well with VoiceOver only minor problem is when selecting an item in a menu the status check mark is presented as a separate element to VoiceOver when it should be read as part of the item label. Apart from that this is an amazing app.

I have been using a different flight tracking app for some years and sending data for over a year so decided to change to FlightAware. The App is easy to use, quick to set up on my feeder system and works almost instantly. Full marks!
STILL NO LIVE ACTIVITY SUPPORT

IT LOOKS LIKE THE DEVELOPS HAVE NO INTERESTS ON FOLLOWING USER’s FEEDBACKS! It’s been many years now, and every time there’s an update, I always check to see if the most wanted feature – “Live Activity” – has been added. But it’s still not supported. I’ve thought about switching to another flight tracker app that does have Live Activity, but kept waiting, hoping this FlightAware Flight Tracker app would finally add it. The developers fix bugs, but they never add new features. There’s not even a widget to show live flight information. The app feels very outdated!

An app that for once is actually permanently free, as long as you don’t want to remove adverts. It’s accurate, informative and you choose if you would like alerts and what type. I rarely write reviews, but this app is a really worthwhile addition to your list.
