Was flying from london to kuwait booked with gotogate because they offered an amazingly low price , after booking i read reviews about this agency and it wasnt pretty i was sh#t scared cause most of the people saying we got scammed ohh they canceled our flight on last minute or there was no flight to begin with, i flew today from LHR to KWI and iam super happy with the service they provided and i will for sure book with them again

My original trip was cancelled due to Covid I then arranged another trip paid the extra money as the cost had gone up which was understandable. The money came out my account straight away . We received confirmation of our flights and were due to turn up at the airport only to find out My Trip has cancelled tickets and we weren’t booked on the flight to Canada. My son Had booked our quarantine hotel which was cancelled everything here had to be cancelled animal care etc . We still haven’t received our money back and we missed a very important event in Canada with my family. It took over 5 hours to speak to someone to rearrange and it was too late we’ve now booked our flights with another airline . Do not ever book with My Triip ever they are dreadful and i contactable. Aimed at the amateur infrequent traveller

It’s a good tool for the once-a-month traveller but once you have more than twenty or so itineraries it gets very cumbersome to find the one you want. I find the interface very clunky: it’s apparently designed for visually impaired users with gigantic fonts and irrelevant photographs. It is a shame there isn’t a “pro” version that just gives you the information quickly. Finally I still can’t find how to display the fare basis for each sector—pretty important for when you need to change the ticket. Also, what is the deal with showing the weather? (Do people really cancel meetings just because it’s raining outside?)Please, make a version for grown ups.
Indispensable app for the frequent traveller

I have used this app for a while. I travel a LOT and use multiple different websites to book my tickets. It’s so handy to then be able to send the booking details to CheckMyTrip for my flights to be monitored. In fact just this week I found out about a flight being cancelled - the airline didn’t tell me, but there was a big red flag in checkmytrip saying “CANCELLED” letting me know!
