I rarely rate apps, but this one was amazing! Flew delta for a business trip and had a multi city journey - easy checkin, very good updates about gate changes and boarding time, very reliable which is important! + very good airport maps to help with navigation. By far the best across airlines I have used in US and Europe. If you could also add avg wait time for security (clear, general boarding etc) then this would be the app you need to have always with you!

Having flown with the main airlines, BA, Virgin and the the odd Delta flights, I must commend Delta Airlines for the outstanding service received. My mother and I were treated as if we were travelling first class and all the cabin crew were very, very attentive and eager to offer us assistance. Our seats were comfortable, meals were of a good standard and where the opportunity presents itself we would definitely fly with Delta Airlines again - EXCELLENT customer services and appreciation.

We attended the funeral of our late uncle who was a loving, caring and considerate man. The crew on board and ground and air were very attentive without even knowing our circumstances and with their natural ability supported us through our flight. Not knowing what we were going through. Thank you Delta Crew and staff.
Awful login, terrible flight details

As a returning customer, it took a good ten minutes to log in, including numerous delays in getting passwords sent out. When in the app you are frequently redirected out to the delta website requiring another login. I have an alert in the app that says my flight has changed but clicking the link takes me to a page that on the first attempt takes me to the delta homepage and a second attempt takes me to a page that says they cannot find my flight details (despite showing them the page before inside the app). A terribly disjointed and visually unappealing app
