For over a week now creatuon finance don't seem to be in unison with Currys. Trying to make a purchase on currys website and pay over time I get as far as sending me to the creation finance it says, We have looked in every book and cranny but we are not able to find it. I have the app on my pad so it must not be able to find it on the currys site. I done a Web chat with currys and they say I need to get in touch with creation. I'm disabled and have trouble speaking that's why I went through Web chat,creation does not have Web chat. Now when it does work creation is perfect giving people the choice of payment schemes

I’ve used creation to buy electrical products from a major store for years now . (Kids laptops at Xmas etc) I had a credit limit of £4500 and my use of that dipped and rose with a maximum used of about £2000 and it is currently at £1300 or there abouts and coming down every month . I took out a business insurance policy (about £37 a month) which reflected on my credit score so Creation dropped my available credit to £1500 without telling me . This then shows on my credit score as a negative influence as I’m at about 85% of my credit limit with them so my score has dropped as a result of their actions. They didn’t tell me they were doing this and I only found this out after a phone call to them. Funny enough ( not) they have since sent me numerous e-mails offering me loans at ridiculous interest rates . Basically they’re just another bank looking to rip you off by manipulating your credit score and charging huge interest , in my opinion . When my balance is clear I’ll never use them again . You have been warned folks . Avoid .

There has been a problem with being able to make a part payment on an item I have never had this problem before and I have been able to make part payments on another item that is running at the same time, despite many contacts with creation they have been unable to resolve it, the only advice they gave was to call them which is not a freephone number so why should I or they gave me the bacs details so I can pay it via my bank but yet again I don’t see why I should, the last contact was last week where I had to send a screen shot of the error message I was receiving which I did but still no reply and I still cannot make a part payment , funny thing is though if I wanted to pay it off in full then it allows me to do that. I will not be using Creations again as they have terrible customer service, if I could give zero stars then I would.

I have had the app for a while now but it isn’t something I use all the time. However, lately I have been using it a bit more and I was trying to pay off a chunk of my finance. When entering an amount a message kept appearing under the £ amount screen saying that the minimum payment has to be over £5. The amount entered was over £5 but it wouldn’t accept. When I then went to clear the amount from the text box it took me out of that page and to another payment page where I couldn’t enter how much I wanted to pay. It only had an overview. The app is generally quite clunky and most times I end up using the website which is similarly a clunky experience to use but it works better than the app.
