UPDATE: The developer’s suggestion to go to the app and log out didn’t make much sense, as the problem was essentially being unable to log in. Instead I deleted the app again, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. This time, when I launched the app it had relinked automatically to my account and normal operation was restored. I’m glad this bug has been resolved but still feel the initial customer support was unhelpful. ORIGINAL REVIEW:Until a few weeks ago, this app was successfully linked to my RT print subscription and was particularly useful as the print edition frequently was lost or delayed in the post. But since a few weeks ago I can no longer access the app contents. My attempts to resolve this with the app support have been a complete waste of time. After several attempts via the various channels offered I eventually received an email that explained how to relink the account, even though I had explained that I had repeatedly tried exactly that process. I replied to that email and since then heard nothing more. I hoped that the latest update might have fixed the problem, but no. Reading other reviews suggests that this is common problem, so please sort this out soon RT, and don’t just ignore your subscribers.

This should refresh your subscription link and reinstate full access to your content. If you continue to experience any problems after logging out and back in, please let us know and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
