I used to come here regularly and order via the kiosk. I tried the app for the free nuggets, only to find it doesn’t support Apple Pay and insists on storing card details. I have no confidence in the app’s security, so I’d rather not risk it. As I can’t benefit from the offers, I’ll simply take my custom elsewhere.

Since Wendy’s has arrived in the UK and in my local area I really have been cheating on my usual 😉. The food is so much better than what we have been used to. When I heard Wendy’s had a new app I was really looking forward to trying it out. Downloaded and created an account easily. App seems very basic and simple. Menu is clear and easy to add and remove items which is a bonus. Accepts ApplePay which it’s great. Placed an order and then that was it. No further communication about if order was ready or where to pick it up. Arrived at the drive thru only to be told they couldn’t process the order at drive thrus and needed to go into the store which was an inconvenience. I just feel the app is very basic and needs a lot of improvements in order to be aligned with most fast food outlet apps. Having some kind of rewards account in the app would be nice too. Really need to change the policy of not being able to pick up the order from the drive thru. Please take some time to improve the app going forwards.
Terrible Service and local store missing

I cannot believe how bad this was, the location is new but missing from the app. So drive through option was chosen, to be told after waiting 10 mins, we are having issue, please come in store. I could not drive through as blocked by car - which remained for 15 mins. The food ordering in store was terrible - could not locate items in the app as so complicated- kept telling me to order something I did not want - waste of time. The car park was terribly be an area where it is written do not park as the drive through has closed off the entrance so you drive through gap in row - but people block it. Avoid is my suggestion - I cannot give 0.

Recently I’ve been having issues with the app for about 2 weeks promos wouldn’t work and now for another 1-2 weeks the app keeps freezing on the main screen and i cant do anything on the app (tried deleting and reinstalling which didn’t work)
