Great staff!

A 40 min wait did not dent our enthusiasm! It’s only our second visit to TB.. I was hoping it would be as good. We were not disappointed at all! But can I just say a massive thank you to your amazing staff! TB Doncaster please recognise the quality of your staff. After being a complete shut in, just like everybody else, your staff made us feel like they had waited to see us all day. I felt completely safe eating food prepared outside of my kitchen- that surprised me! Great job guys!!! TB Doncaster, please pass our thanks to your staff. Thank you all at Doncaster! 👏🏼👌🏻😷

No sync of progress

So I ordered via the app for the first time the other day. App was great to use and easy to navigate round. Once order I saw the progress bar appear for my order, thought brill, can wait in the car till it’s ready to collect. I placed the order at 12:55. I kept refreshing the page to see the progress of my order. It took 30 minutes for the order to move onto, preparing order. I thought that they must have been busy so didn’t think anything of it. It wasn’t till I was waiting outside for it to move to ready for collection that a colleague came out and said that my order has been sat there for almost 25 minutes.

Not very happy having cold chips and tacos, food was great the team apologised sincerely and explained that there is a sync error between their system and the app. Please get this sorted as the food tasted great, just would have been nice warm!

Great app but would be better if you had the option to change the size to large
