I never write reviews but I just had to because the customer service from WOB has been unparalleled. Due to unfortunate circumstances (my address and location is confusing and awkward for postal companies) I have had multiple issues that have not been WOB’s fault that they have rectified through dispatching new items and refunding and I’m just so appreciative. Highly recommend!

As part of downsizing, my family and I have now completed several trades with WoB. Large number of items tend to be marked as “item not received” despite delivery company tracking showing that they have been received. The issues do always get rectified, but it is disappointing that the service so unreliable. An occasional mistake yes, sure… but this happens so often one can’t buy wonder if they are incompetent or are deliberately trying to scam. HOLD ON TO YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS!!

The app (as well as the website) is truly an abomination. You log into the app. Then you click on Account -> Orders. Voila you need to sign in again.You sign into the website on your laptop, add some books to your basket, then you log into the website on your phone browser, the basket is empty. You log back into your laptop. Thank God the items in the basket are still there. Perhaps you have some books on providing a seamless experience to your potential customers by syncing the basket across different devices…
