Why oh why can’t the ticket transactions just be straightforward like other purchases on other websites. Now we have to have a degree to purchase even a Ground pass. PLEASE simplify the transactions for next year. As for the colour zones what a waste of time for the staff. Tennis spectators surely know we must only get up & leave our seats at the players changeover time & never in the middle of a game?? What a crazy idea to have a colour zone on every seat- oh dear- common sense has gone out of the window. I have worked at Devonshire Park & now just a punter -since 1971. Please bring back simplicity & common sense. Once I manage to enter the champs I so look forward to my attendance this week. Thank you for your time in reading this review. 🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾

My daughter very kindly bought two tickets so my wife and I could go to Queens. OMG - I received an email - They want me to download an App and then open/register an account, during which process I have to decide if I am male female or other or 'prefer not to say'! No sign ofcantbtickets though thecemail tells me my daughter transferred them to me. This is like being stuck in a maze goingbround in circles. Why not email a bar coded ticket which can be printed or a paper ticket already printed??

Bought tickets to Eastbourne championship. Only way to access them is via this app - effectively forcing me to install an app I don’t have (many people still don’t have or give up smart phones guys). On the app, no signs of my tickets, so I had to go to another queue and clarify this, only to have them printed. This is disappointing in more ways than one, wake up and deliver guys.
