Got the new app update all my points have disappeared over £15 in points was told to contact chopstix several days later still no reply. And you still can’t get point from the self ordering points. Really poor this your food is lovely let down by poor customer service on the app and head office. Sort it out before rolling it out lady at one of your outlets said you e had a lot with the same issues. You’ll no doubt say sorry we will be in touch but that’s the problem you don’t get in touch. Update 4 emails later still nothing won’t be using again customer service is non existent.

The app before was great and I never had an issue. Sadly this change has made me not go to Chopstix anymore as it shows this as the replacement app in England and when I select English it then states it’s not compatible in my country. Running latest iOS on iPhone 16 pro also.

Old app worked great, new app is a joke, had just under £15 saved, now it has been turned into useless points, and I can’t set my profile because apparently I don’t have a Chopstix in Plymouth. Apparently my nearest is Exeter. And why am I being asked if I’m in England or France. How to lose customers.
