Can you please stop sending notifications everyday for offers? Maybe look into having pop ups on the app when you open it if someone is going to order that day or just go back to sending them every week.

Worst experience as i ordered first time with one regular vegetarian pizza and 3 sides. I paid money but the free pizza which i ordered it was delivered as Chicken pizza and i tried to explain the situation over the call to the central team. They told they will get the replacement pizza delivered shortly however the same chicken pizza was arrived again.
I am not sure if the caller who heard my wrong order was deaf or was not interested to hear what customers have to say. I am highly disappointed as i paid £12+ for sides which were cold and not worth it. Me and my wife were thriving to check out this new pizza but highly disappointed the way they had treated us and then the called was asking for payment if I want a fresh order to be placed. I am not sure if they understood the problem and are just trying to cash the opportunity from us.

I ordered a pizza for myself and partner and what was delivered can only be described as carnage in a box. The pizza looked like it had been thrown around and almost all the topping had slid off the pizza. The 2 dips that where with the pizza were both upside down and burst. The pizza was also lacking in flavour compared to other takeaways in the town. It was far from a good experience let alone an excellent experience. I tried to call and got no answer so left a message on fb messenger and after nearly 3 hours no reply and the the message hasn’t even been read. Waste of £20 I’ll be sticking to my usual place. I’m sure many people will have a different experience but unfortunately mine was less than good.
