Well my experience has been fine, was able to see my tickets without any problems.
Fallen at the first hurdle
Already purchased my tickets before I tried to download the app. Attempted to register an account with the email address I used to purchase the tickets and all I get is a blank screen. Repeatedly. On each attempt, I receive a OTP in my emails, so I’m guessing the blank screen should be the page to input the one time passcode. I see this from reviews this has been an issue mentioned as far back as Dec 2021, so really should have been fixed by now. Deleted, won’t bother again.
Most unfriendly app
It’s the worst app I have ever seen in my life, App is complete waste of time, unfriendly and does not allow to make any edits without restarting the whole booking process. On top booking fee of 10% or 15£ is charged which is a scam to use such a crappy and unfriendly app where purchase is is time bound, in-fact they should give discount for user making an effort to use the App. This App will only bring shame to a world class attraction like Winter wonderland.
