Ticketmaster UK 4+

This app is fantastic. It is so quick and very easy to use. The customer service option on it is brilliant also. I accidentally order 2 sets of tickets because I got an error when I ordered the first 2 tickets (don’t worry this doesn’t happen all the time trust me I know I order all the time). I contacted them through the help section and within a week they had sorted the problem out. I sent the tickets back (yes I did receive them extremely quickly which is also brilliant) and they refunded me my money. It is not automated it is an actually person who speaks to you to get the problem sorted. Brilliant App but even more so a brilliant company that doesn’t rip you off!

ticketmaster is a terrible company and website of which makes an abundance of money from its customers and yet cannot seem to fix basic glitches and bugs in ticket queues. whilst it is already known that ticketmaster messed up hugely during the sale of taylor swift tickets, I have personally experienced the consequences of using this poor site when attempting to buy for smaller artists.

I was just 1,000th in the queue for sabrina carpenter’s short n’ sweet tour and waited my turn patiently without refreshing & following every procedure the site told me to — when it eventually came to my turn, the website got stuck on a loading page — which I have been on for over 30 mins — letting others behind me in the queue through. I even attempted refreshing and still found myself stuck on the loading page.

this is not the first time ticketmaster has ruined any experiences or chances for its customers and this is one of many issues others and I have faced when buying for artists both big and small, and after many complaints over the last few years, it is clear this company does not care for it’s customers and simply will keep any problems we face so long as they receive their money — despite its unfair system. I personally think it is time we found another ticket system to use.

Trying to book early bird tickets in a rush due to them ending midnight..what a faff,couldn’t do it on the website it just kept failing so came to the app..even though I was successful it wouldn’t let me use paypal,just kept saying no payment method selected,so had to use the card.,it told me twice my details were wrong,despite it actually linking to my bank account to approve,surely if the card details were incorrect they wouldn’t have been able to send an approve request to my bank..entered exactly the same details back in again&finally got there after getting way more stressed than was needed to buy a couple tickets,no phone number to be able to call anyone,only email or social media the odds I’d have had an answer back in time to be able to get the early bird tickets before midnight..at least I got there but took ages..
