Booked £60 tickets standing tickets. The band had to change the venue. However my tickets were changed from standing to a randomly allocated seated ticket, not what I paid for. I was not notified of this change, it only said on the ticket itself. Furthermore, there is no customer service line, the customer service number displayed on the app has been discontinued. And getting in contact with an actual person on the chat function on the app seems to take an eternity.

If you have an urgent query it does not seem like you will be able to resolve it quickly, would recommend alternative ticketing sites where possible.

Trying to book early bird tickets in a rush due to them ending midnight..what a faff,couldn’t do it on the website it just kept failing so came to the app..even though I was successful it wouldn’t let me use paypal,just kept saying no payment method selected,so had to use the card.,it told me twice my details were wrong,despite it actually linking to my bank account to approve,surely if the card details were incorrect they wouldn’t have been able to send an approve request to my bank..entered exactly the same details back in again&finally got there after getting way more stressed than was needed to buy a couple tickets,no phone number to be able to call anyone,only email or social media the odds I’d have had an answer back in time to be able to get the early bird tickets before midnight..at least I got there but took ages..

I ordered two Ed Sheehan tickets £88 each plus ‘insurance’ at £7 something, which actually is not insurance at all since you can only get your money back if the concert is cancelled but surely if the concert was cancelled everyone’s tickets would be refunded anyway?? Anyway after buying two tickets it turned out that all London trains were on strike meaning we had no way of getting down there and so we couldn’t go. We tried to put them up for resale but they didn’t sell since not many people like us cant get around or to London without trains. Tried to get a refund but if you can’t make the concert you don’t get a refund which is ridiculous, even though there was a valid reason for not being able to make it and even though I had the so called ‘insurance’. Wouldn’t spend a lot of money on a ticket with this app as if you can’t make it then you’ve lost a lot of money like myself. If you do I wouldn’t recommend paying more for the pointless ‘insurance’.
